Performance without Burnout
Course Overview

This 4-hour module equips participants to recognise the early signals and drivers of burnout, strengthen their ability to regulate stress responses in real time, and apply practical reset tools to sustain performance and wellbeing. Through interactive learning, guided exercises, reflection, and personal planning, participants will leave with a personalised action plan to progressively support their wellbeing and performance across the modules.
