Hello I'm Dr Saras and I hold a PhD in Microengineering and Nanoelectronics. I have 27 years of global experience in failure analysis, reliability engineering and lab management. But beyond my technical background, I love connecting purpose, passion and people into a meaningful whole.

My facilitation style is engaging and purpose driven as I aim to empower professionals to move from self-awareness to self-mastery; to transform reflection into action. With over 10 years of experience in coaching/training/education, I enjoy crafting immersive learning experiences that ignite curiosity, emotional connection and practical growth so that every session feels personal and lively.
